Totally separate entrance style apt. Feels like a treehouse -- there is a huge deck looking up onto a totally green hill. A big avocado tree shades the deck. One big bedroom, small bathroom. Skylights everywhere including in the shower. Livingroom and kitchen in same room but separated by entrance stairway. Terracotta tile/ hardwood floors. Street parking.
